By accessing or using the SMART website or student portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the Learning Platform

• You must register with a valid email address to access the student portal
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared
• You must not attempt to circumvent assessments or misrepresent your identity
• All course content is the intellectual property of SMART and may not be reproduced without permission
• Certificates of Completion are issued only to the individual who completed the programme

Intellectual Property

All content on the SMART website and learning platform is the intellectual property of the School of Murtaza Academic Research & Training. Reproduction without explicit written permission is prohibited.
